Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
If your tracking information has not updated in 5 or more business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Customs, duties & taxes
Glowvene ships internationally from our fulfilment partners. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Glowvene has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before ordering.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking link for the latest status. If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbours or building management
- Checking any secure delivery locations (porch, mailroom, etc.)
- Contacting your local postal carrier with your tracking number
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at info@glowvene.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Incorrect shipping address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout. Glowvene is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@glowvene.com — we will do our best to update your address before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.
