We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. This applies to all Glowvene products purchased directly through glowvene.com.
We ask that returned items be in their original packaging where possible, but we understand that you may have used the product before deciding it isn't right for you. Used products are still eligible for return under our guarantee.
How to request a refund
To initiate a return or refund, please contact our support team at info@glowvene.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- A brief description of your reason for returning (optional but helpful)
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping where applicable.

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refund timing
Once we confirm your refund, please allow:

- 3–5 business days for PayPal refunds
- Up to 10 business days for other payment methods
